Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and conditions under which customers of
Incorva Corporate Ventures LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may request refunds or cancellations for products, services, or subscriptions purchased through
incorv.com or directly from us.
By engaging with our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Scope
- This Policy applies to all IT services, software products, subscriptions, maintenance contracts, and consultancy services offered by us.
- Different products or services may have additional terms, which will be communicated before purchase.
2. General Refund Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@incorv.com within the applicable refund period.
- Refund eligibility is determined based on service type, usage, and work already performed.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days once approved.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom software development services once the project has started.
- Domain name registration, renewal, and transfer fees.
- Cloud hosting, server setup, and third-party licenses purchased on your behalf.
- One-time consultancy sessions already delivered.
- Training sessions after the scheduled start time.
4. Service-Specific Refund Rules
4.1 Software Development & Custom Projects
- For fixed-price projects, a 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project begins.
- Milestone-based payments are non-refundable after the milestone work has been completed and delivered.
- If you cancel before development starts, a full refund of unutilized funds will be provided.
4.2 Subscription Services
- You may cancel subscriptions at any time, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused days.
- Automatic renewal charges will not be refunded if cancellation is made after the renewal date.
4.3 Cloud Hosting & Maintenance Plans
- Monthly or yearly hosting fees are non-refundable after the service is activated.
- Prepaid maintenance plans can be refunded for unused months only if service has not been utilized in that period.
5. Cancellations
- To cancel a service or subscription, email info@incorv.com with your order details.
- Cancellation requests for projects in progress will result in charges for work already completed.
- We reserve the right to cancel services for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Refund Exceptions
In exceptional cases, such as proven service failure on our part, we may issue a full or partial refund regardless of the above conditions.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of contract, and we may
take legal action to recover the disputed amount plus additional costs.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
